Ice cream tour...
or the Art of Ice Cream

We owe the creation of ice cream to Florence and one of its artists.

Indeed, in the 16th century, Bernardo Buontalenti had the brilliant idea of transforming the sorbet into ice cream. For that reason, Florence is the only place where you can get a Buontalenti flavour ice cream.

This refreshing tour starts off with a small tub of ice cream of your choice in one of the authentic Florentine ice cream parlours.

We’ll then explore the principal squares of Florence ending up with another cone or tub of ice cream.

The tour takes 90 minutes.

The price includes: Two tastings of cones or tubs in two different Florentine ice cream parlours and the guided tour.
